A Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) investigating officer told the Kuala Lumpur High Court on Tuesday that the agency had never abused its power to persecute Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman, in connection with the investigation into the disappearance of RM250,000 at the residence of the Muar Member of Parliament.
