The international colloquium "Bolivar and San Martin: Bicentennial of the Guayaquil Interview" was held this Monday at the Theater of the Bolivarian National Guard Military Academy of Caracas. In this regard, Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro recalled that a people in arms was able to expel 300 years of empire.
