Security forces have achieved great success in Budgam, Jammu-Kashmir. There the soldiers killed Latif Rather, a terrorist involved in the murder of Kashmiri Pandit Rahul Bhatt. Clash took place among some people after allegations of molestation in a pub in Gurugram.
