The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said severe tropical storm Florita (international name: Ma-on) has made landfall over Maconacon, Isabela at around 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 23.br br After its landfall, PAGASA said the storm will traverse northern Luzon and emerge over the West Philippine Sea this evening.
