Try this simple recipe for Spring Rolls. #HappyCookingToYou #yummilicious #tastyrecipes br br Very Easy Spring Rollsbr Recipe in English:br br Ingredients:br - Chicken Boil with salt & pepper & shredded 1 medium size bowl br - Cabbage julienne slices 1 medium size bowlbr - Mushrooms julienne slices 1 medium size bowlbr - Capsicum julienne slices 1 medium size bowlbr - Carrot julienne slices 1 medium size bowlbr - Glass Noodle 1 medium size bowlbr - Salt to tastebr - Black Pepper Powder ½ tsp.br - White Pepper Powder ½ tsp.br - Chinese salt 1 tsp.br - Oyster sauce 2 tblsbr - Dark soya sauce 1 tbsp.br - Sugar 1 ½ tsp.br - Sesame oil – little dash br - Egg 1 br - Roll wraps 12 pieces br - Oil 3 tbsp. for sauté roll mixturebr - Oil ( Deep Frying) br br Directions:br 1. In a pan add 3 tbsp. oil and heat. Add carrots, mushrooms , capsicum , cabbage , boil & chicken with black & white pepper, salt, Chines salt, Oyster sauce, soya sauce, Sugar and sauté on high flame.br 2. In another pan boil 3 cups water and turn off the flam then add glass noodles in it and rest 5 minutes to cook after that drain extra water and add noodles in roll mixture. br 3. In the last little dash of sesame oil.br 4. cool the roll mixture on room tempbr 5. One beaten egg for sealing roll corners.br 6. Place the roll mixture on roll wraps and roll it on shared method seal the corners with egg.br 7. Heat oil on high flam for 2 minutes than medium flame and fry the rolls.br 8. Aik Karhai may 3 tbls oil dalain phir aik aik kar k tamam sabzia ( vegetables) dalain, sath hi boil raisha ki hoi chicken , Namak Hasb-e- Zaiqa , Kali Mirch Powder, Safaid Mirch Powder, Chinese salt, Oyster sauce, soya sauce, Cheeni ( sugar) shamil kar ke taiz flame per halka naram kar lain.br 2. Aik pan may 3 cups pani boil karain aur flam say hatta kar Glass Noodle garam pani may dal dain, 5 minute baad noddle ko chaan lain aur pahlay say tiyar roll mixture may mila dain, br 3. Sab say akir may chand qatray til kay tail k shamil kar kay roll mixture to achi tarha mix kar lain.br 4. Roll Mixtur ko kamray kay darja-e- hararat per thnada kar lain.br 5. Aik anda achi tarha phaint lain.br 6. Roll patti kay aik taraf batayee gayee tariqay say roll mixture rakain aur phaintay hoye anday say kinaray bandd kar dain.br 7.
