Police were not given prior notice for the gathering of some 300 supporters of former premier Najib Abdul Razak outside Istana Negara in Kuala Lumpur yesterday.br br Brickfields police chief Amihizam Abdul Shukor said the group, which gathered to seek a royal pardon for Najib from the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, was spotted at around 2pm yesterday.
