Five people, including three teenagers, have been arrested over the abduction of a nine-month-old girl from an apartment at Bukit Tengah, Bukit Mertajam, Penang. br br Central Seberang Prai OCPD Asst Comm Tan Cheng Shan said the suspects were detained at two different locations in raids on Tuesday (Aug 23).
