Former Umno supreme council member Datuk Lokman Noor Adam has pleaded not guilty at a Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court to two charges of allegedly making and initiating the transmission of offensive communications against Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob and the government.
