The Court of Appeal has partially allowed an appeal by Datuk Seri Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim's appeal to strike out his 13 corruption and money-laundering charges.br br A three-member panel unanimously dismissed Abdul Azeez's appeal with the exception of the third, seventh, eighth and ninth charges on Monday (Sept 5).
