The High Court in Kuala Lumpur has accepted most of the written witness statement by Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi's press secretary, Major General (R) Datuk Fadzlette Othman Merican Idris Merican in the Yayasan Akalbudi corruption trial.
