Getting worse by the day, that's the diagnosis of emergency department doctors at the Royal Adelaide Hospital on the conditions patients and staff are currently facing. For the fifth time in little more than a month, union inspectors have been called in for a safety inspection, amid a continued political row over ambulance ramping.
