You want to learn how to actually boost confidence in all situations? Get into more situations. It's that simple. The guy who sits on his computer chair for 8 hours a day is clearly not going to be confident in a socialsexual situation. Take that guy and have him in social situations for 8 hours a day and now he's automatically going to become confident in that environment. Confidence is just a wishy washy word for competence.
