SPICEMAS Corporation will lead a 12-member delegation from Grenada to Tobago's Carnival, from October 28th to 30th.br br It's part of a Carnival Exchange launched by the Spicemas Corporation and the Grenada Tourism Authority to promote Spicemas and Grenada.br br But, the Grenada team is concerned about the availability of flights to Tobago.br br More in This Elizabeth Williams report.
