Umno president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi told a press conference after attending a closed door meeting with members from 191 divisions on Tuesday (Oct 4) that Umno liaison chiefs from all states have to submit candidate names for the 15th General Election to the party's "top five".
