Resources and infrastructure in preparation for potential floods at the national level are well in place. And Environment and Water Ministry secretary-general Datuk Seri Dr Zaini Ujang on Wednesday (Oct 12) gave this assurance and said that part of ministry's efforts included ensuring key assets were functioning effectively.
