Debbie Grogan's father was the manager of the Fox Theater on H Street in downtown Bakersfield in the 1960's. She remembers the theater being her playground, and following the discovery of her father's trove of historical photos, the Memories on H Project is giving people a window into the history of one of Bakersfield's most iconic institutions.
