There’s a lack of good quality Taiwanese ingredients in America. In some parts of the United States, people have to drive for hours just to find a Taiwanese grocery store. But a small team of Taiwanese Americans are on a mission to change that, and at the same time, promote Taiwanese culture. Bing Wang has more.
