Occurred on October 22, 2022 Valdez, Alaska, USAbr br : "My husband and I were having dinner when we noticed a bear who couldn’t get out of a situation. It was stuck and unable to climb out. My husband went down to try and help it by verbally coaxing it and then the little guy ran up the ramp and hopefully back into the woods.
