Anthony Sarpong opened his restaurant "Anthony's Kitchen" in the town of Meerbusch, near Düsseldorf, in 2015. It's since received a Michelin star three years running. Now, Sarpong is sharing his favorite recipes in a book called "Anthony's Kitchen".
