Pakatan Harapan chairman Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim was all smiles as he left his residence in Kajang around 10.45am on Tuesday (Nov 22), ahead of the 2pm deadline set by the palace for political parties to submit t their coalition numbers and candidates for the prime minister's post to the King.
