br Protein Saladbr Serves 2br Recipe in English:br br Ingredients:br -Kalay chanay (Black chickpeas) boiled 1 & ½ Cupbr -Mong phali (Peanuts) roasted 1 Cupbr -Paprika powder ½ tspbr -Pink salt to tastebr -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to tastebr -Olive oil 1 tbsbr -Kheera (Cucumber) 1 medium br -Tamatar (Tomatoes) 2 largebr -Pyaz (Onion) 1 largebr -Salad patta (Salad leaves) 1 bunchbr -Shaljam (Turnip) 1 medium br -Olive oil 3 tbsbr -Til (Sesame seeds) black & white 1 tbsbr -Lemon juice 1 tbs br -Pink salt to tastebr -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to tastebr -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful br br Directions:br -In a frying pan,add black chickpeas,peanuts,paprika powder,pink salt,black pepper crushed and olive oil,mix well and roast on medium flame for 2 minutes & set aside.br -Cut cucumber in small slices & set aside.br -Deseed tomatoes,chop & set aside.br -Peel & slice onion & set aside.br -Chop salad leaves & set aside.br -Slice turnip & set aside.br -In a bowl,add olive oil,sesame seeds,lemon juice & whisk well.br -Add pink salt,black pepper crushed,whisk well & set aside.
