MCA secretary-general Datuk Chong Sin Woon, when met by reporters at Menara Dato Onn in Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday (Nov 22) said Barisan Nasional leaders are still in discussion with the coalition's lawmakers, adding that there were no signing of statutory declarations yet.
