According to majority reports, AAP has won with 131 seats as of 2:10 pm, BJP second at 103, Congress manages 10 in the MCD elections. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal arrived at the AAP headquarters after his party won the civic polls today, ending the BJP's control over the Municipal Corporation after 15 years.
