Police have arrested two people and are digging up a garden at a house in Birmingham where they believe a dead child has been buried.br br A man, 40, and a woman, 41, were arrested on Friday (912) and have been charged with neglect and for causing or allowing the death of a child.br br Detectives are searching the garden of a house in Clarence Road, in Handsworth, Birmingham.
