Pets in Crisis: The RSPCA program helping people and pets escape domestic violence

As many as thirty percent of people looking to escape family and domestic violence delay moving to a safer place because they fear for the safety of their pets. The RSPCA runs a program called Pets in Crisis to help people escaping unsafe situations, but in most states, including WA, they're looking for foster carers to keep up with demand.
