The Jacksonville SWAT Team and the United States Marshals Service converged on a house on Rogero Road where 29-year-old Abel Navarro was hiding. Navarro was wanted on robbery and kidnapping charges and he shot at the responding Officers during a standoff. The standoff ended when he was shot as he tried to escape.
