Time to heat your oven! br br ✅ Ingredients:br • 4 apples br • sugar – 7 oz 200 g br • 3 eggs br • vegetable oil – 3 fl oz 80 ml br • vanilla yogurt – 4,5 oz 130 g br • corn starch – 3 oz 80 g br • all-purpose flour– 9 oz 250 g br • baking powder – ½ oz 16 g br • vanillin – ¼ tsp br • corn starch – 1 tspbr • water – ½ cup 125 ml br • sugar – 2 oz 50 g br • vanillin – ¼ tsp br br ✔︎ You will need:br • springform pan Ø10 in 26 cm br • bowl br • oven br • blender or whisk br • carving board br br Preparation: br 1. Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and beat with a blender until frothy.br 2. Add 7 oz 200 g of sugar, the yogurt, vegetable oil, ¼ tsp of vanillin and keep beating. br 3. Add 3 oz 80 g of corn starch, baking powder, gradually wheat flour and beat until smooth. br 4. Peel the apples, remove the cores and cut 2 of them into wedges and 2 into small dices. br 5. Add the diced apples into the pastry and stir. br 6. Brush a springform pan with the vegetable oil and dust with 1 tbsp of flour. br 7. Lay out the pastry into the pan. br 8. Arrange the apple wedges around a circle. br 9. Preheat oven to 350°F 180°C and bake the charlotte for an hour. br 10. Meanwhile prepare a glaze that will add sweetness and make the pie’s surface mouth-watering and glossy. In a saucepan incorporate 1 tsp of corn starch and ½ cup 125 ml of water, add 2 oz 50 g of sugar, ¼ tsp of vanillin and bring to a boil, boil for about 1-2 minutes over low heat until light thickness. br 11. Take the sponge charlotte out of the oven, let it cool a bit and brush with the glaze, leave for some minutes and serve to the table.
