The Union of Professional Journalists of Minas Gerais, in southeastern Brazil, on Wednesday requested the Public Prosecutor's Office to investigate the violent acts committed since the beginning of January against media professionals who were covering actions of pro-Bolsonar supporters on Raja Gabaglia Avenue, in the western region of Belo Horizonte.
