Roasted Beet Dip. Recipe by Always Yummy!

There are many reasons to cook beet – it is healthy, tasty, easy and affordable. Cook an oven baked beet dip. To say it`s tasty is to say nothing. This delicious meal can be a perfect appetizer or side dish to main course. With the same success dip can be served to breakfast, dinner or festive table. br br ✅ Ingredients:br • large beets – 2 br • olive oil – 5 tbsp br • dried thyme – 2 tsp br • vinegar 9 - 1 tbsp br • salt – ½ tsp br • ground black pepper – ½ tsp br • mayonnaise – 2 tbsp br • garlic – 2 cloves br br ✅ You will need:br • oven br • foil br • mixer or blender br br Preparation: br 1. Put the beets on 3 layers of foil, pour each with 1 tbsp of olive oil and sprinkle with 1 tsp of thyme and wrap it in all 3 layers of foil. br 2. Preheat oven to 350°F 180°C and bake the beet in foil for 1h 30m. br 3. Cool the baked beet, peel off and cut into small pieces. br 4. Put the beet into a blender, add the vinegar, salt, pepper, 3 tbsp of olive oil and garlic and crush until smooth, add 2 tbsp of mayonnaise and beat. br 5. Decorate your beet mousse-purée with greens and serve to the table with white bread toasts or flatbreads as an appetizer or side dish.
