Abhay Bhushan Pandey (23 Nov 1944) is an Indian Computer Researcher. Bhushan has been an important role of the development of the Web TCPIP Structure, and is the developer of the File transfer protocol (which he began working on while he was a student at IIT-Kanpur) and the early variants of email protocols.
