Occurred on January 14, 2023 London, England, UKbr br : "Walking in Shepherd’s Bush and was suddenly in a swarm of young kids all dressed in black, wearing balaclavas, running out of the JD inside a small shopping center. Some of the kids looked no more than 1213 years old. The mod was about 100-120 large. There were two police present, they apprehended one person and while they were holding him the swarm of kids returned. The police were extremely outnumbered and I saw one kid kick the police officer. I was worried the situation could escalate quickly. br I asked one of the perpetrators why they were doing this and he said it’s a result of the cost of living crisis.
