Problem of Ethics for Lawful Anarchism

Problem of Ethics for Lawful Anarchism (aka. realistic future by design) br br In this video I attempt to break down into simple terms how legal systems are able to drive individuals in society away from a better standard of life, and how to potentially correct this problem. br br Goals - Ethics - Laws br br "Rather than taking the actual goals desired into account, laws are made on this varying middle layer called ethics, which may or may not have any actual value towards achieving the desired goals." br br List of goals a society might desire: br 1. Increase the financial prosperity of individuals. br 2. Reduce unnatural deaths among individuals. br 3. Secure a minimum life style for individuals. br br "I can't say exactly how, but my third proposal is to find a way to scientifically measure the results of new laws before being implemented. One possible way might be for proponents of a new law to subject themselves to a localised community where the new law can be tested upon them. If the test goes well, more individuals may wish to be incorporated into the community; having it grow, and subject themselves for further testing. So this may go on and on until the entire community approves of the new law as beneficial." br br 1. Connect society goals to society laws directly. br 2. Define measurable, objective goals for society. br 3. Use the scientific method to find out which laws better move society toward its goals.
