Dancers are back in Montreal's Old Port for the world's coldest electronic music festival after a two-year break caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. "At the beginning, you feel a bit cold and then you quickly feel warmer, you feel like you're in a nightclub", says one attendee at Igloofest.
