Occurred on February 1, 2023 Hutto, Texas, USAbr br : "I walked around my frozen, iced over, backyard in Hutto, Texas. I threw a soccer ball at the frozen safety net surrounding our trampoline. The ice was so thick that it looked like I shattered a windshield. The video shows how crazy the ice storms can be here in CentralNorth Texas.
