Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin told Parliament on Tuesday (Feb 14) that there are no plans for a targeted abolition of National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) loan repayments for borrowers from the (B40) income group.
