Matt Hancock has appeared to wear a signed Newcastle shirt he previously auctioned for an NHS fundraiser.The former health secretary auctioned his shirt to raise money for Scrubs Glorious Scrubs, a group of volunteers sewing scrubs for hospitals.A spokesperson for Matt Hancock has said the person who bought it gave Mr Hancock's shirt back to him.
