Power Jerk practice 148lb, 173lb & 184lb went great! Nuthin' warms the legs up for Jerks than doing Squats beforehand. The dip feels more aggressive & confident. The hands and shoulder rotation are faster. The catch seems more consistent. The full movement finishes together more often than not! Lots & lots & lotsa work to do!
