During H.E Peter Obi, Hon. Edeoga and other labour party members condolence visit to the family of late Oyibo Chukwu, the younger brother to Oyibo Chukwu, Barr Lucky Chukwu, told the people of Enugu state to vote for labour party from bottom to top in order to bring change in Enugu state.
