A 19-year-old college student was nabbed for allegedly distributing "ganja brownies".br br Acting Kuala Lumpur police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Yahaya Othman said the suspect was detained following a raid at Jalan 9 in the city at about 5pm on March 25.
