#FoodFusion #RamzanRecipes #HappyCookingToYoubr Mouthwatering Chana Chaat with Potato Chops, is a new addition to your iftar menu. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #RamzanRecipes br br Recipe in English:br br Ingredients:br Prepare Meethi Khajoor Chutney:br -Gur (Jaggery) 1 Cup (140g) br -Khajoor (Dates) deseeded 9-10 br -Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste br -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ¼ tsp or to taste br -Water 1 Cupbr Prepare Imli ki Khatti Chutney:br -Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) 1 & ½ Cup (100g of tamarind soaked in 1 & ½ Cup of water)br -Water ½ Cupbr -Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to tastebr -Adrak powder (Ginger powder) 1 tspbr -Kala namak (Black salt) ½ tspbr -Chaat masala 1 & ½ tspbr -Cornflour ½ tbsbr Prepare Potato Chops:br -Besan (Gram flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cupbr -Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tspbr -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste br -Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) 1 pinchbr -Baking soda ½ tspbr -Cooking oil 1 tbsbr -Water 1 & ½ Cupbr -Aalo (Potatoes) boiled 4-5 medium br -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to tastebr -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to tastebr -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 & ½ tspbr -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tspbr -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tspbr -Chaat masala ½ tspbr -Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tspbr -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handfulbr -Cooking oil for frying br Assembling:br -Safed chanay (Chickpeas) boiledbr -Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & choppedbr -Pyaz (Onion) choppedbr -Hari mirch (Green chilli) choppedbr -Chaat masalabr -Dahi (Yogurt) whiskedbr -Green chutneybr -Pyaz (Onion) slicedbr -Papribr -Beetroot juliennebr -Hari mirch (Green chillies) choppedbr -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) choppedbr -Chaat masalabr br Directions:br Prepare Meethi Khajoor Chutney:br -In a saucepan,add jaggery,dates,salt,red chilli powder,water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.br -Now mash well with the help of masher,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes. br -Let it cool.br Prepare Imli ki Khatti Chutney:br -In a saucepan,add tamarind pulp,water,salt,ginger powder,black salt,chaat masala,cornflour & whisk well. br -Turn on the flame,bring it to boil & cook until it thickens (2-3 minutes). br -Let it cool.br Prepare Potato Chops:br -In a bowl,add gram flour,cumin seeds,salt,orange food color,baking soda,cooking oil & whisk well.br -Gradually add water,whisk well & beat well for 2-3 minutes & let it rest for 10 minutes.br -In a bowl add potatoes & mash well with the help of masher.br -Add salt,red chilli powder,coriander seeds,turmeric powder,red chilli crushed,chaat masala,garlic paste,fresh coriander & mix well.br -Grease hands with oil,take a small quantity of mixture (60g) & make patties or kababs of equal sizes. br -In a frying pan,heat cooking oil,now dip potato chops in prepared batter & fry on medium flame from both sides until golden (makes 10).
