Australia's national institutions to receive $535 million in federal budget funding to reverse 'damage and decay'

More than half a billion dollars will be provided to nine national collecting institutions over the next four years as part of a federal government funding boost. Institutions including the National Gallery of Australia and National Library will receive a slice of $535 million dollars in the federal budget next month.
