******* THIS VIDEO IS AVAILABLE WITH ENGLISH SUBTITLE *******br br Hello Guys,br br Welcome to "Perpetual's Kitchen".br br Today I will be showing you that how to cook this sweet & delicious "Afghan Phirni".br br ⬗INGREDIENTS ARE:-br * 1 litre Milk (Full fat milk)br * 12 cup of Sugar.br * 1 tsp Rose water.br * 2 tbsp Cornflour.br * 1 tsp Cardamom powder.br br ⬗ For Garnishing:-br * Crushed pistachio.br * Chopped Almonds.br * Saffronbr br ⬗Method:-br * Turn on the gas stove, keep the kadai on the gas stove.br * Now add 1 litre of milk (full fat milk)br * Stir on low medium heat for 10 minutes.br * Now add 12 cup of sugar.br * Add 1 tsp of Rose water.br * Stir on low medium heat for 5 minutes.br * Now take 13 cup of milk in a bowl.br * Add 2 tbsp of Cornflour.br * Mix it well & add this milk and cornflour mixture.br * Stir continuously for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame.br * Add 1 tsp of Cardamom powder.br * Stir continuously for 5 minutes on low flame.br * Our Afghan Phirni is ready.br * Garnish with some chopped almonds, crushed pistachio & 5 to 6 strands of saffronbr * Allow to cool completely before serving.
