The woman, whose decomposing remains were found inside a bag left at a bus stop in Kulai on Thursday, was believed to be a foreigner.
Johor police chief Comm Datuk Kamarul Zaman Mamat said the findings were based on the post-mortem report from Hospital Sultanah Aminah.
