The Cebu City Hall held a groundbreaking ceremony for the three-meter easement project in Barangay Bulacao, Monday, April 24, 2023. The project is one effort of the City Hall to restore the City's major waterways.br br The area in Barangay Bulacao is the first to be developed as there is no longer structure standing in the area.
