Curls, Curls & Presses

Finished the workout with some 135lb Curls and 95lb Curl & Presses. The Biceps Tendons were feeling tight after the Clean & Jerks so adding a Press after each Curl helped stretch them out. Underhand Pressing has a lot to offer even though they feel weird at first(WHAT doesn't right?). If you want to add something different to your Pressing, give these a try for a few weeks!
