The new boss of Snowy Hydro is warning the expansion of the project could be delayed by two years due to construction problems that has seen a massive blowout in its budget. The last forecast showed the cost of the project has tripled since it was first announced by then-Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull in 2017.
