我が家の庭に春がやってきました♪br めっちゃ大きいフキノトウは天ぷらや味噌炒めにするとめっちゃ美味しい(*´∀｀)♡br 我が家の湧水の小川はそのまま飲めるほどきれいなお水です♪br Spring has come to my garden! This flower is a wild vegetable called フキノトウ(fuki-no-touPetasites japonicus), and it is very delicious when tempura is made into tempura or stir-fried with miso. It has a detox effect, so it is a very good wild vegetable for people who have allergies. :D Also, the spring water in my garden is so clean that you can drink it straight.
