Aaj pritygheedia k Kitchen Ki Special Recipe Hain Dhabe Wali Dal Aur Tadka Dal Banaiye Ghar Par Bina Mehnat Ke.br Subscribe Karein mere channel kobr br INGREDIENTS:br For Dal:br * Water(ч-) - As Requiredbr Chickpea LentilChana Dal(br Moong Dal(IM) - 14 Bowlbr Black Cardamom (काली इलायची) - 1 * Clove() - 4br AsafoetidaHing Powder (135) - 14 tspbr *Salt (4) - 1-2 Pinch * Turmeric Powder (13) - 14 Tspbr br For 1st Tadka:br * Oil(a) - 1-2 Tbspbr * Cumin Seeds (RT)-12 Tspbr * Onion() - 1br ) - 1 Bowlbr * Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 12 Tspbr For 2nd Tadka:br Ghee() - 1 Tbspbr Cumin Seeds (RT)-14 Tspbr AsafoetidaHing Powder (135) - 14 tspbr Curry Leaves (कढ़ी पत्ता) - Somebr * Green Chili(f) - 3-4 Long Choppedbr 'Dry Red Chilli ( सुखी साबुत लाल मिर्च ) - 1-2br Garlic() - 12 Tspbr Fried Masala(H) - 1-2 Spoon Salt (नमक) - Somebr Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्चपाउडर) - 12 Tspbr Coriander Leaves() - For Garnishingbr * Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस ) - Somebr br br RECIPE:br Wash some Chana Dal & Moong Dal & soak them separately for 1-2 hours. Then keep the cooker on the flame, put Water & soaked Chana & Moong Dal, Black Cardamom, Clove, AsafoetidaHing Powder, Salt & Turmeric Powder in it. Cover with lid & give it 2 whistles. Release the whistle & take out the Dry Spices from it.br br For 1st Tadka, keep the pan on the flame, put Oil, Cumin Seeds, finely chopped Onion, grated Ginger & Garlic & saute them well. Then put finely chopped Tomato, Crushed Red Chilli, Turmeric Powder, Salt to taste & Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder. Cook till Tomato & Onion releases the oil. When the Tadka cooked well, remove the two spoon tadka from it & keep it aside. At last, transfer the cooked Dal to it & cook well. For 2nd Tadka, keep the tadka pan for heating, put some Ghee, Cumin Seeds, AsafoetidaHing Powder, Curry Leaves, long chopped Green Chilli, Dry Red Chilli, grated Garlic, Fried Masala, Salt to taste, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder & cook well. Put the tadka on dal, squeeze some Lemon Juice & garnish with Coriander Leaves. Now Dhaba Style Dal is ready to serve, cover & keep aside.
