Another ‘mysterious blast’ rocked the busy Heritage Street near the Golden Temple in Amritsar within a span of 24 hours. This has triggered panic in the Holy city. The second blast occurred around 6:30 am near the same spot where an explosion late Saturday night had triggered panic.
