Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Sabah, Sarawak Affairs and Special Functions) Datuk Armizan Mohd Ali told the Dewan Rakyat on Thursday (June 8) that the restructuring of government ministries and agencies is not done to reduce the number of civil servants.
